Hey folks in the Schengen Visas group! I came across some recent changes to Portugal’s Job Seeker Visa program. It seems like now highly qualified applicants have to apply through consulates instead of directly, and there are stricter requirements on qualifications. It’s not exactly a short-stay Schengen visa, but it could be a pathway for longer stays in Europe. Has anyone here looked into this or applied recently? What do you think – is it still a good option for job hunting in Portugal?
