Hey folks, I’ve been planning to move to Portugal for job hunting and came across news about changes to their Job Seeker Visa. I thought it was easier before, but now it seems there’s something about new requirements and having to apply through consulates. What are the latest changes? Who qualifies as ‘highly qualified’ – like, does it include IT pros or what? And can I apply for this visa while already in Portugal on a tourist visa?
