Hey folks in the Schengen Visas group! I just read that Portugal’s parliament approved some big changes to the job seeker visa. Now it’s only for ‘highly qualified’ individuals, and you have to apply at consulates instead of in Portugal. I’m a mid-level IT specialist thinking about moving there for work. Does anyone know what counts as ‘highly qualified’? Like, do I need a master’s degree or specific experience? Any tips on the consulate application process?
