As someone from Nigeria who just got my Schengen visa, I think personalized document checklists based on your country of origin would help a ton. AI could flag common rejection reasons for African applicants, like proof of funds. Also, maybe integrate video tutorials in multiple languages?

An AI that scans official sites and alerts users would be huge, especially for students from regions where info is hard to get. What data sources are you planning to use?
From Asia here (Indonesia). Missing:predictive success rate calculator based on your profile. Input your docs, background, and it gives odds + tips to improve. Also, community forums within the app for peer advice. That’d reduce anxiety big time! 
Love this! One improvement:Better handling of appeals. If visa denied, AI guides on reapplication with tailored letters. For us in LatAm, economic instability makes finances tricky—AI could suggest creative proofs like scholarships.
