Clarification on recent changes to Portugal job seeker visa eligibility requirements

Hi everyone. I have been following the news regarding the restructuring of the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) and the sudden end of the Expression of Interest route. I am currently preparing my documents to apply for the Job Seeker Visa but the new information is quite overwhelming.

My main confusion lies in the eligibility criteria. Who exactly qualifies for the new highly qualified job seeker visa versus the general one? I have a Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in photography, but I am not sure if that meets the new “specialist” threshold. Can I still apply for the standard job seeker visa at the consulate, or has that been paused as well? Also, does anyone know if the financial requirement has changed with these updates?
