Clarification on new financial requirements and activity proof for Portugal Job Seeker Visa

Hi everyone. I am planning to apply for the Job Seeker Visa to potentially move to Lisbon and capture some new street vibes, but I am confused by the conflicting info regarding the recent changes for 2024.

It looks like the financial requirement might have gone up due to the minimum wage increase, but I cannot find the official new total. Also, is it true that they are strictly enforcing the highly qualified definition now even for creative freelancers? I really want to get my focus point right before submitting the application. Has anyone applied in the last month?

Greetings. History lives here, and so does paperwork. Just letting you know, the update is tied to the 2024 minimum wage increase. Since the base salary rose to 820 Euros, the three times requirement for the visa essentially jumped to 2,460 Euros. Look closer at your savings. Also, keep in mind they are stricter on the return ticket proof now; it must be a real booking, not just a reservation.
